Description of how this image was created
Simple scene rendered in one pass with POV-Ray 3.6. The border and text was created by making two differenced boxes with no_shadow right in front of the camera, and then rotate and translate them in place together. A couple of nested macros build up the hives. Radiosity and two 9x9 area_lights. Approx. 200lines / 7KB of code.
