Image description
I wanted to draw an endless bookshelves with all the different books possible like in Borges Novel.
Every subject, every author, every different possible written in thousands ways from the same story.
For those who like to read, this is paradise.
For those you like scince, this is their place
Description of how this image was created
the bookshelves are completely parametric. You input the number of rows and lines and that is it. the different books have modelled and UV mapped under Moray 3.5. I transformed them in MegaPov, to put some random effects, like with and quantity per cell.
Depending on the global size, a macro place light bulbs with light coming from the remarkable macro from J.Piqueres.
The water on the ground is an easy function.

One thing I am a bit disappointed in is that I would have liked to see more an idea of infinity of knowledge, like Borges implies. Maybe following 'his' description of the Library would have been a better idea?
