Description of how this image was created
Modelled with Wings 3D, Poser, and POV-Ray. Final render in POV Ray. To get the rising spray of water I started by examining photos of leaping dolphins and whales. I used a single blob object (POV Ray function) with lots of random spheres - 20,000 in the final version - and randomised with a bias towards the base of the plume.

The sky is a bit bland, nice girl though!

The sky could use some spotted clouds, which would balance the water splashes at the same time. Maybe the clothes miss fabric-like textures. The dragon went out beautifully.
