The problem with using a photo for the sky is that it makes the other objects look too simple and out of place. Better texturing and more deail on the other elements would have helped. Any maybe altering the sky photo so that it is closer to the detail of the rest of the image.

Nice specular reflection in the windows. You have good ideas, but the execution looks old-fashioned. Well that could be part of the concept. Retro rendering.
